- Mr. Fitzpatrick Kapepe – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Mr. Zandi Malambo – Director Procurement
- Mr. Kevin Mweemba – Head of Legal Services
- Mr. Noel Simweene Sijamba – Head of Cyber Security, Risk and Compliance
- Ms. Bonje Minyoi Muyunda – Head of Environment (ML2)
- Mr. Royd Chijkwa – Head of Kafue Basin
- Mr. Kenny Singongo – Head of Zambezi Basin
Organisational Changes

- The Head of Procurement position has been elevated to Director Procurement.
- A new Head of Legal Services position has been introduced.
